David Marcum and Steven Smith founded MarcumSmith, LC in 2001 after nearly a decade with FranklinCovey. Backed by years of exhaustive research, we travel the world teaching people how to create team dynamics that move team performance and individual team players from average or good, to great. Our work has been published in 24 languages in over 50 countries.
